The town centre has two defibrillators maintained by the Council, one located outside the Civic Hall and one outside the Royal Seven Stars Hotel. They were joint funded by Totnes Town Council, the British Heart Foundation and a Totnes couple, Peter Durney & Alicia Carr-Durney.
