Totnes Town Council is running a consultation on traffic calming proposals for Fore Street suggested by Devon County Council. An in-person drop-in event will be held at the Civic Hall on Saturday 12th February between 10am-1pm.
Fore Street experiences considerable traffic and safety issues and the proposals include implementing three measures to slow down cars and to deter Heavy Goods Vehicles from entering Fore Street while still maintaining access for deliveries and servicing.
The Council would welcome your views to gauge if there is public support for the proposal before taking any action.
